I really wanted to find a provider that took their time, and I found that in Sarah! I didn’t feel rushed through, which I’ve experienced elsewhere - she was super thorough and detailed. On top of that, she’s extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and took the time to consult with me about my longer term planning and goals. I appreciated the little details too - the before and after photos, the serum application after injections, and the time for follow up and dose adjustments. Plus everyone is so kind and lovely! I have bopped around searching for the right fit, and I feel so happy knowing I’m in good hands with BeautyMark.

From the moment I walked in, Ashley made me feel completely comfortable. She thoroughly explained the entire process, what to expect during the peeling phase, and how to properly care for my skin afterward. I felt confident and well-prepared every step of the way. The peel itself was like a total skin reset. After about a week of peeling, my skin felt baby-fresh and now looking smoother and brighter than ever. The results were absolutely worth it, and I’m beyond happy with how my skin looks and feels. I highly recommend Beauty Mark especially with Ashley!

I think it’s more than 10 years. I’ve been coming to Calista probably more like maybe 12 ,13, or 14 I don’t know, but my sister Janice Innella brought me here. She passed during Covid and was my twin and my sweetest best friend. She was in the industry and she really liked the products. She knew the owner and she said you should go there. She lives in the city, but I live right around the corner actually here In West Chester; anyway I love this place. like I said my sister brought me here and I haven’t left. It’s just been a wonderful experience. I’ve had many different stylist and aestheticians it has kind of morphed into the next person that I try and it’s always wonderful experience each and every person I’ve ever seen here has been amazing. I think that Calista does a Fantastic job at what you do. It feels like home for me from the reception area with Karen and Monica that make my appointments ! She truly tailors every treatment to my individual needs — whether it’s Botox, microneedling, PRF EZ Gel under my eyes, or a chemical peel, she always takes the time to understand my goals and recommend what will work best for me. Sarah explains every step clearly, walks me through what to expect, and continually checks in to make sure I’m comfortable. Her pain-management techniques are amazing and make treatments I used to be nervous about feel surprisingly easy.
